Tammy R. Nobles

Meet Tammy Nobles, a success strategist, consultant, and the founder/CEO of Tammy R. Nobles - Noble Necessities, LLC. Her company is an esteemed empowerment and development organization. Tammy is driven by a passion for people and a desire to help them lead purposeful lives. Her T.E.A. (Transformation, Engagement, and Empowerment) approach empowers individuals to take control of their journey and reach their full potential with love, encouragement, and inspiration.

Tammy's experience in personal branding, program development, management, and event planning spans over 17 years. She holds a Master of Education degree from William Woods University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Lincoln University.  

She became a licensed minister in March 2016 and was ordained as an Elder in September 2018. In 2022, she humbled accepted the appointment to serve as one of the Associate Pastors at Urban Empowerment Ministries.  

Tammy has served as Chairperson for Power Players, which provides education, entrepreneurship, and employment resources, as part of the Urban Empowerment Economic Development Team as well as a core team leader for the media team.

Tammy's unwavering belief in changing lives has made her a respected figure in her community, and her inspiring #makeitaNOBLEday quotes, T.E.A. with Tammy broadcasts, and Winning (WINS)day declarations have motivated many people to live intentionally. Tammy's faith is the foundation of her work, and she is a founding member of The Links, Incorporated - Central Missouri Chapter, member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, and Zonta International, Jefferson City.

Her favorite Bible verse, Philippians 4:13, encapsulates her philosophy: "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."
